Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the Ateneo de Manila University. He received the SYLFF Fellowship in 2003 and is the first SYLFF Fellow to graduate from the Law School in 2004. He also passed the bar in 2004. He worked as a practicing attorney at the Ponce Enrile Reyes & Manalastas Associates law office, specializing in Corporate Law. He is currently in Hanoi, Vietnam, working as a Foreign Legal Advisor for Kelvin Chia Partnership, a branch office of a duly registered law partnership in Singapore. Mark dreams of becoming the president of the Philippines someday (and the SYLFF@ADMU Fellows have already pledged their votes!). Mark is also a great companion for eating out, thanks to his hearty appetite.
