Sherilyn Siy
Sherilyn graduated summa cum laude from the Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Chinese Studies. She worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Philippine Culture (IPC), and then as an English teacher in Xiamen, China. She received the SYLFF Fellowship in 2004 and graduated with a Master’s Degree in Applied Social Psychology in March, 2007. She attended the 2005 SYLFF Asia-Pacific Regional Forum at the University of Indonesia and presently serves at the SYLFF Fellows Council (SFC). Sherilyn attributes her zealous love for noodles to her Chinese heritage. Sherilyn dreams of writing a book about the noodles of the world someday.
